1. First Things First, Make Your Plan

Great things come from solid plans! With this first session, you will start your journey by focusing in on your most important goals and creating the map to get you on your way.

Who is this For?

Anyone who hasn’t worked with Angela before.

Note: This is a comprehensive session and covers a number of important, foundational points. While occasionally it might be possible to end after this one session, for most people, the biggest and most lasting changes happen over time.

What will I Gain?

  • Full review of your nutritional wellness and eating patterns, suggestions and tips on the areas you choose for improvement
  • Information package including resources and/or learning materials related to the topics you want more help with
  • Clear and focused goals that you create during the session
  • Actions to get you started immediately
  • A plan for how to continue
  • Online access to your recommendations, learning materials, appointments, receipts, etc from your client portal

2. Build Your Program

Once you have made your plan with Angela, it’s time to personalize your program.

After you’ve completed your first session and discussed what you want to achieve, choose the level of support that will best get you there.

These can be combined or repeated as many times as you need to get you where you want to be.

Nutrition Nudge

This is for you if:

  • You just need a little bit more. Maybe you were already working at your goal prior to meeting with Angela and need a little nudge to lift your motivation, assurance you’re on the right track or a new tool to help you continue on your own.
  • You want an extra nudge or someone to be accountable to! As long as you have met with Angela within the past 3 months and your goals have not changed drastically, this can be added at any point.

Timeframe: 1 month

What’s Included:

  • 1 x 30 minute follow up
  • 1 email progress review with recommendations as needed
  • 1 month of email/chat support

Investment: $127



Jumpstart my Plan

This is for you if:

  • After your first session you want to learn more, continue customizing your plan and have support while making those important changes.
  • You want someone to be accountable to! As long as you have met with Angela within the past 3 months and your goals have not changed drastically, this can be added at any point.

Timeframe: 3 months

What’s Included:

  • 1 x 45 minute follow up
  • 2 x 30 minute follow ups
  • 2 email progress reviews with recommendations as needed
  • 3 months of email/chat support

Investment: $297

Payment plan available



Craving ChangeTM

This is for you if:

  • You’ve met with Angela for at least a First Visit (initial assessment)
  • You’re tired of being the person on a diet, you feel like you struggle with your eating, you want a better way to live your life comfortably around food
  • You have a health condition where you need to ‘go on a special diet’, such as heart disease or diabetes but you don’t want to have to eat differently

Timeframe: 4-6 months

What’s Included:

  • 6x 45 minute sessions, over 4 to 6 months depending on your schedule / lifestyle
  • Program package including workbook (mailed to you) to support your work between sessions, filled with strategies to transform how you see food fitting into your life

3. Maintain the Change

Once you’ve seen some success with your program you can choose to continue working with Angela. At this point, you’ll already have solid tools that are working for you but you may still want some support in keeping at the changes you’ve started.

This is for you if:

  • You’ve completed the Nutrition Nudge, Jumpstart or Craving ChangeTM programs.
  • You’ve seen success in the work you’ve already done to preserve and protect your nutritional health and want to keep it up.
  • You want the support available to keep you on track with the changes you’ve made but don’t need to check in as much or as frequently.
  • You have met with Angela within the past 3 months and your goals have not changed drastically.

Timeframe: 3 months

What’s Included:

  • 3 x 20 minute follow ups
  • 2 email progress reviews with recommendations as needed
  • 3 months of email/chat support

Investment: $197 (which includes a discounted rate since you’ve worked so hard to get here!)

Solo Session Rates

This is for you if:

  • You have completed your First Visit session to create a plan, within the past 3 months.
  • You want to sign up for visits as you need them and design your own follow-up schedule with no timeframe.

Timeframe: at your own pace

Investment options:

  • each 60 minutes – $100
  • each 30 minutes – $50


Payment, Refund and Cancellation Notes

  1. The price you see is the price you pay. Taxes are exempt for one-to-one nutrition coaching.
  2. Payment accepted by credit card and is due in full at time of booking. Select packages have a payment plan option available – details provided on the bookings page.
  3. You will receive a receipt at the end of your session/program that includes information needed by insurance companies for benefit reimbursement. Please let Angela know if you’re planning to submit your invoice to your insurance company in order to maximize your coverage and ensure a seamless reimbursement.
  4. Twenty-four (24) hours notice is needed to cancel/reschedule your appointment. If 24 hours notice is not provided, a fee of $50.00 will be charged to you.
  5. Refunds not permitted for First Visits (Initial Assessments), programs less than 3 months long or Solo Sessions. Refund requests for eligible programs must be received within the first 30 days and reimbursement amount will be pro-rated based on work already completed.
  6. One (1) hold may be requested, at no charge, for up to 2 weeks on any program that is 3 months or more (i.e. Jumpstart my Plan, Craving ChangeTM, Maintain the Change). This means that if you are temporarily unable to attend visits, you can pause the work you’re doing with Angela (for example if you are sick or will be away on vacation). If you need a longer period of time away from the program, please contact Angela to discuss on an individual basis with the understanding that a longer time away from the program may result in a set-back in your progress.

Note: If at any point during your care, you have a drastic change in your life, health, needs or goals, it is recommended to discuss adjusting your plan with Angela. Depending on the situation, a full re-assessment may be suggested in order to provide the safest and most effective care for your goals.
