In this online program, you’ll get alllllll the strategies you need to eat well to live well and reduce your risks related to heart disease and diabetes. With individual support and group discussions, you’ll learn realistic & sustainable ways of eating to help you prevent or avoid the risks from chronic illnesses.

If you’re looking for individual help with your nutrition, join my waitlist to get all the details about when coaching will be available again.

With Monthly Coaching, there are no contracts and no commitments (other than to yourself!) You can choose to work with me for 1 month or more, depending on where you’re hoping to go with your nutrition and health.

If you’re like the majority of people I help, you’ll need at least 1 follow up session after our first meeting in order to even take a first step. This makes it less easy to leave our session, set down your notes … and continue on with life as you’ve lived it. You have internet searches for that!

We can work on whatever is most important to you, each month. This might change with the seasons, with your progress or with new recommendations from your other healthcare providers.

Through monthly coaching, I can provide as much access to me as possible, while making the plan as flexible as possible for you … like having a dietitian in your back pocket, on a monthly basis, for as little or as long as you need.


So, I’ve created 2 levels of support in a Monthly Coaching format for you to choose from depending on what point you are at in your journey. You can read more about the Monthly Coaching package options below.



STEP 1: Bi-weekly Coaching Package (for change-makers)

This is the place you’ll start. How many months you stay in Step 1 is up to you and your progress. The biggest difference between the Step 1 and Step 2 packages is the number of face-to-face sessions we have.

Starting with bi-weekly coaching lets us really get to know each other and iron out your goals. In the beginning, many people want more time for learning, asking questions, finding new tools and practicing new strategies. This is why the extra face-to-face session each month is important – you’ll feel more focused on making the changes in your life, give our work more priority and start using the tools right away instead of sitting on ideas and never making your move.


What you can expect from your first session:

  • Your first session in your first month will act as your First Visit appointment* (initial assessment). This means we’ll do a full review of your nutritional wellness and eating patterns, based on information that you’ll have sent to me prior to our session.
  • See a sample outline of a First Visit (initial assessment)
  • You’ll walk away from your First Visit with:
    • suggestions and tips along with resources and learning materials related to the topics you want more help with
    • clear and focused goals that you create during the session
    • actions to get you started immediately … and the confidence that goes along with taking those first steps toward your goal

*If you haven’t already met with me for a First Visit session. If you have, your first month of bi-weekly sessions will be all about working on those goals you’ve set and gaining more tools and strategies to get you there.


What’s included:

  • 2 x 45 min sessions per month, bi-weekly
  • Unlimited monthly message/ chat support for asking questions and getting feedback
  • Accountability check-ins between sessions
  • 24-7 access to your recommendations, learning materials, secure messenger chat system, appointments, receipts, etc from your online client portal




STEP 2: Monthly Coaching Package (for change-maintainers)

You’re ready to move into Step 2 if you’ve been able to make some changes and feel confident with the plan you’re working on … but know that without someone to be accountable to, you might ‘fall off the wagon’ and lose sight of what direction you’re heading.


What’s included:

  • 1 x 45 min monthly session
  • Unlimited monthly message/ chat support for asking questions and getting feedback
  • Accountability check-ins between sessions
  • 24-7 access to your recommendations, learning materials, secure messenger chat system, appointments, receipts, etc from your online client portal



Payment, Refund and Cancellation Notes

  1. The price you see is the price you pay. Taxes are exempt for one-to-one nutrition coaching.
  2. Payment accepted by credit card and is due in full at time of booking. You will receive a receipt that payment has been made once the transaction is completed. Group program fees have the option of a payment plan and this will be outlined on the registration/ payment pages when you go through the enrolment process.
  3. For individual coaching, you’ll also receive an official receipt at the end of each session that includes information needed by insurance companies for benefit reimbursement. Please let Angela know if you’re planning to submit your invoice to your insurance company in order to maximize your coverage and ensure a seamless reimbursement.
  4. Twenty-four (24) hours notice is needed to cancel/reschedule your appointment. If 24 hours notice is not provided, the session will be considered used. No refund or make-up session will be available for missed appointments.
  5. No refunds will be available for individual Bi-weekly or Monthly Nutrition Coaching packages due to the short and flexible nature of this service option. All Payment and Refund Policy information for Group Programs is available in detail during the enrolment process for the program or by contacting Angela directly.

Note: If at any point during your care, you have a drastic change in your life, health, needs or goals, it is recommended to discuss adjusting your plan with Angela. Depending on the situation, a full re-assessment may be suggested in order to provide the safest and most effective care for your goals.
